Delete your GlideFile account
Erase your account, or only the data synced to it. Both work without installing the app.
Confirm the deletion
This is the last step. Once confirmed, the data is erased immediately and cannot be recovered.
From the app
Open GlideFile, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm with your password. The deletion is immediate and permanent.
From this page
Enter the email address of your GlideFile account. We send you a confirmation link — nothing is deleted until you click it. The link is valid for one hour.
What gets erased
- Your account: email address, name and authentication data.
- Your synced server connections, which we only ever hold end-to-end encrypted.
- Your registered devices and their sync history.
- The licence and purchase history held on our side.
Deletion is immediate. Security logs are kept with no link to your identity, as the law requires. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google — contact them for a refund.
