License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Glidefile grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download, install, and use the Software on devices you own or control
• Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes
• Make reasonable backup copies for archival purposes

2. License Types

2.1 Free License

The free license allows you to use Glidefile with limited features:

• Maximum 2 server configurations
• Basic synchronization features
• May include non-intrusive advertisements

2.2 Personal License

The Personal license is intended for individual use:

• One license per individual user
• May be installed on multiple devices owned by the licensee
• Up to 5 server configurations
• No advertisements
• Priority support via email

2.3 Pro License

The Pro license is intended for power users and professionals:

• One license per individual user
• May be installed on multiple devices owned by the licensee
• Unlimited server configurations
• No advertisements
• Priority support
• Access to beta features

3. License Duration

Paid licenses are perpetual. Once purchased, you may use the version of the Software you purchased indefinitely. Updates and new features within the same major version are included.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
• Transfer the license to another person without authorization
• Use the Software to develop competing products
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Glidefile retains all intellectual property rights in the Software. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.

6. Updates and Support

Glidefile may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Updates are provided at our discretion and may modify or remove features. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Data Collection

The Software may collect:

• Anonymous usage statistics to improve the product
• Crash reports for debugging purposes
• Account information for synchronization features

All data collection is subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GLIDEFILE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

11. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations when using the Software.

12. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

13. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Glidefile regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
