Can I use my license on several devices?
Yes. Your license belongs to your GlideFile account, not to a machine: sign in on your Mac, PC, Linux computer or Android phone and your plan follows you. There is no device limit.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. For purchases made on glidefile.com, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Purchases made in the App Store or on Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google: request it from your purchase history.
Is my data secure?
Yes. GlideFile uses mandatory end-to-end encryption. Your server credentials are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM, with a key derived from your password using Argon2id, before they are synced. We only store encrypted data that we cannot decrypt.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only to reach your servers, and to sign in or sync if you use an account. Your servers are stored on your device and do not depend on our cloud.
Which devices does GlideFile run on?
macOS 13 or later (Intel and Apple Silicon Macs), Windows 10 or later (64-bit), Linux (Ubuntu 22.04, Debian 12, Fedora 35 or newer) and Android 7.0 or later. The iOS version is on its way.
